🌺 PSYCH-K® Divine Integration

By registering for the PSYCH-K® Divine Integration Retreat held on October 1–5, 2025 at Ahu Lani Sanctuary, Hawai‘i, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The PSYCH-K® Divine Integration Retreat is open only to certified PSYCH-K® Facilitators.
• You agree to participate in the retreat with respect, presence, and personal responsibility for your physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
• The retreat is offered in the spirit of spiritual growth, inner alignment, and personal transformation. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

Your room fee covers 4 nights of accommodation, 3 chef-prepared meals daily, and access to self-serve snacks and refreshments.

• Dietary preferences and allergies submitted in advance will be honored as best as possible, but last-minute changes or custom meals cannot be guaranteed.
• The use of kitchen ingredients for personal use is not permitted without express permission from the chef.

• Transportation to and from the retreat is not included in the room price. Participants will share rental cars, and costs will be split evenly among riders.
• Participants are responsible for sending their arrival and departure times to assist with coordination.
• It is highly recommended that participants arrive in Kona around 12:00 PM on October 1st and depart after 2:00 PM on October 5th.

• Should you need to cancel your attendance, please inform us as soon as possible.
• Room payments are non-refundable, but you may transfer your room to another eligible PSYCH-K® Facilitator with prior approval.
• In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, all room payments will be refunded in full.

• This retreat is offered without a fixed tuition. Instead, participants are invited to make a voluntary donation as a Gift from the Heart to support the facilitation of the retreat.
• Contributions are anonymous and optional, and will help cover the organizer’s travel, stay, preparation, and material costs.
• No refunds are given or required, as contributions are made voluntarily.

• All participants are expected to treat one another, the land, and the retreat space with respect, kindness, and presence.
• Disruptive behavior, disrespect toward others or the environment, or actions not aligned with the spirit of the retreat may result in dismissal from the event without refund.

• By attending the retreat, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health, safety, and wellbeing throughout the duration of the event.
• You release the organizer, facilitators, chef, and venue owners from any liability related to injury, illness, theft, or disruption during travel or retreat participation.
