You don’t need to know exactly what belief to change — that’s something we’ll uncover together — but having a sense of what you’d love to feel, experience, or release is a great starting point.
Please find a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed, and have a notebook or journal nearby in case you'd like to capture insights or next steps. If we’re meeting online, check your internet connection and bring headphones if they help you stay present.
