What is PSYCH-K®

In simple terms, PSYCH-K​​​​​​​® is a high-speed mindset change process that helps clear limiting beliefs at the subconscious level and support growth in every area of life. PSYCH-K helps release stress from the body and uncover beliefs, messages, and lessons that cause blocks, stress, health issues, allergies, phobias, challenging everyday situations and more. 

The subconscious mind processes 40 million bits of information per second while the conscious mind processes only 40 bits per second – amazing!  When our conscious mind desires something our subconscious mind disagrees with, it’s no surprise that our subconscious wins. 

The PSYCH-K® Balance integrates both hemispheres of the brain, producing a “whole-brain state” that allows us to create improved and sustainable behaviors, attitudes, thoughts and perceptions.  The results of a PSYCH-K process may be felt and experienced very quickly or may evolve over time (hours, days, weeks, months).

Nearly all human behavior originates at the subconscious level of the mind, both constructive and destructive. PSYCH-K® accelerates individual and global spiritual evolution by aligning subconscious beliefs with conscious wisdom.  Like many of the world’s great spiritual and intellectual traditions, the practical application of PSYCH-K in our personal and professional lives brings a greater sense of purpose and satisfaction mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

For the first 14 years of his career, Rob was a direct participant in the U.S. corporate world, holding management positions in the backpacking, energy management, and telecommunications industries.  Experiencing a spiritual awakening during this time, Rob moved out of the business environment into a life of service as a professional psychotherapist. Finding the accepted counseling philosophy of the day lacking in spiritual essence and overall effectiveness, Rob studied many non-standard modalities for change, both ancient and contemporary. Out of his studies came a series of intuitive insights that became the body of work called PSYCH-K®.

Rob received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the University of California, at Los Angeles, and a Masters Degree in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Colorado. He was President of The Myrddin Corporation, and Director of the PSYCH-K Centre International."
