- How to create strong connections between your Conscious, Subconscious, and Superconscious minds to transform limiting beliefs and achieve your desired goals in life.
- How to apply the proper Muscle Testing to communicate directly with your Subconscious Mind—the origin of 95% of your thoughts and deeds.
- How to transform the perception of past stressful and/or traumatic events.
- A simple 4-step PSYCH-K® process to help you solve problems and stressors in your daily life.
- How to integrate the eleven basic principles of Nature in all areas of your life.
- How to simply and effectively serve all humanity using a specific protocol called the GAIA Protocol.
Requirements for attending the workshop
- Openness, awareness, curiosity, and a desire for personal transformation.
- A quiet space where you won’t be interrupted by other people at home or by pets. Silence in your environment is important to avoid disturbing other workshop participants.
- Access to a printer to print the material prior to the workshop. Once you are registered, workshop materials and Zoom info will be provided.
- A stable internet connection for the duration of the workshop.
- A good laptop or computer to download Zoom. (NOTE: Zoom on an internet navigator, tablet, I-Pad or mobile phone is insufficient.)
- Headphones.
- A space for note-taking.
- Water & tissues.
Each workshop is 3 days, 6 hours per day.
You must commit to attend the workshop in its entirety. No exceptions are allowed. If, for any reason, you must take a break or cannot complete your workshop, you will need to sign-up for another Online workshop as a repeating participant and repeating fees will be applied.
The workshop will NOT be RECORDED.

PSYCH-K® Online Workshop – Level 1 is a three-day course taught worldwide by certified PSYCH-K® Instructors. It is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you want to learn how to use PSYCH-K® with others by Zoom/Phone, you will have to join Level 2.
If you want to work with others in person you will need to take the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop in person.
